Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the friendly face of our hospitality team, handling check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries with a warm, professional approach. You will coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless stay and accurate information delivery to guests.

The role emphasizes a strong service mindset, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic hotel environment. A Path to growth across our nationwide portfolio may be available.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Hotel/hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer inquiries, provide information on services and local attractions.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Support opportunities for advancement within the hotel operations.
