Qualifications

• College degree or experience in hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in upscale hotel environment.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming first impression and assist guests with directions and information.
• Handle overnight shifts and maintain front desk operations as needed.
• Post charges in OPERA and collect payments from guests.
• Assist guests with luggage and coordinate night audits when scheduled.
• Own guest complaints and resolve promptly; maintain professional demeanor.
