Job summary

AC Hotel Boston Cambridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, register them into rooms, and provide courteous service aligned with our brand standards.

Role involves processing payments, handling reservations, and assisting guests with requests while aiming to maximize satisfaction scores. The position may require standing for long periods and flexibility around shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience or training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms, handling payment methods and verification.
• Make reservations and confirm, balance accounts and conduct audits as needed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve complaints, elevating when necessary.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods; ensure overall guest satisfaction.
