Job summary

Raffles Boston is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and handle payments.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance to fulfill requests, manage reservations and block rooms, and assist guests by phone, email, or text. The role requires hospitality experience and a professional demeanor; OPERA familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, present statements, and collect payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill guest requests.
• Check in/check out guests, block rooms, and manage reservations.
• Assist guests via phone, email or text and handle inquiries.
• Balance cash drawer, process currency exchange, and ensure accurate transactions.
