Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in the United States is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You’ll handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate guest needs to ensure a seamless stay.

You’ll greet guests, manage reservations, upsell services, and act as a trusted city ambassador while upholding safety procedures and presenting a warm, professional image at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or guest service is preferred.
• Able to handle cash transactions and operate basic computer systems.
• Shift flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in the local language is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out.

• Upsell services and inform guests about local attractions.
