Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests, handling concerns and compliments with ease.
• Ability to turn issues into opportunities through problem-solving.
• Fluency in the local language is preferred; other languages a plus.
• Strong reading, writing, basic math and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and kick off memorable experiences.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests by name.
• Take, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings.
• Make check-in and check-out fast and seamless for guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Be the trusted contact for guests, handling bill issues and restaurant suggestions.
