Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Denver, CO to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and accurate guest records. You will support front office operations, handle inquiries, payments, and reservations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong customer service skills, experience with PMS systems, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays. Compensation is competitive with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with PMS and basic office software (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts in the PMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Balance cash accounts as part of basic bookkeeping.
• Issue room keys and provide instructions to bell staff.
• Review accounts and charges with guests at check-out.
• Post charges for rooms, food, beverages, and services.
• Transmit and receive guest messages via phone or switchboard.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and local dining.
