Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Denver, Colorado seeks a Guest Service Agent to ensure smooth check-in/check-out, maintain guest records and deliver outstanding service at the front desk. You will handle inquiries, payments, and reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to maintain high guest satisfaction.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods for accommodation.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Balance cash accounts and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Issue room keys and provide instructions to bell staff.
• Review accounts and charges during check-out.
• Post charges to ledgers and handle guest messages.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and local amenities.
