Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts using PMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and balance cash accounts.
• Issue room keys and coordinate with bell attendants.
• Review charges with guests at check-out and post charges.
• Transmit and receive guest messages via telephone or switchboard.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address issues.
