Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate front desk per SOPs and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Process reservations, check-ins/outs, and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Audit and balance cash drawer and prepare daily reports.
• Handle wake-up calls, messages, and guest communications accurately.
