Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest services is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Verify guest credit and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the PMS.
• Post charges and balance cash transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Make and confirm reservations; respond to inquiries.
