Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Seattle to help with check-in/check-out, guest records, and front desk operations. You will handle inquiries, payments, and reservations to ensure high guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and familiarity with property management systems, with a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods for accommodation.
• Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts using PMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Balance cash accounts and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Issue room keys and provide instructions to bell attendants.
• Review accounts and charges with guests during checkout.
• Post charges for rooms, food, beverages, and services to ledgers.
• Transmit and receive guest messages via telephone or switchboard.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address issues.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and local amenities.
