Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Seattle, WA. This role ensures smooth check-in/check-out, maintains accurate guest records, and delivers exceptional guest services.

You will support front office operations, handle payments, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, verifying credits, balancing cash, and coordinating with housekeeping; you will use the property management system and office software daily.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts using PMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as balancing cash accounts.
• Issue room keys and provide instructions to bell attendants.
• Review accounts and charges with guests during check-out.
• Post charges for rooms, food, beverages, and services to ledgers.
