Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management seeks a part-time Guest Service Agent in Seattle to deliver outstanding front desk support. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, handle payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues.

The role requires friendly communication, accurate records, and a proactive guest-centric approach. Responsibilities include registering guests, verifying payments, posting charges, and assisting with reservations and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic bookkeeping.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change as needed.
• Balance cash accounts and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Issue room keys and assist bell staff as required.
• Review charges with guests during checkout and post charges accordingly.
• Transmit guest messages and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Make and confirm reservations and answer inquiries about services.
