Responsibilities

• Greet guests and recognize them personally in a warm, authentic manner.
• Assist with arrival amenities and escort VIPs to rooms.
• Answer calls within three rings and route inquiries as needed.
• Manage cash handling and report shortages to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Upsell front desk services and collect IDs and payments.
• Protect guest PII data and follow procedures.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
