• Assist with check-in/check-out and VIP escort as needed.
• Answer phones promptly with a smile and assist or transfer.
• Maintain cash handling with accurate bank counts.
• Keep front desk area organized and presentable.
• Support lobby activation and guest requests.
• Protect guest PII and data privacy.
• Attend to guest inquiries and fulfill duties.
