Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative for the Graduate by Hilton Columbia team. You will greet guests, assist VIPs, manage check-ins, and handle guest inquiries in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions or transfer as needed.
• Count bank at beginning and end of shift and ensure cash drops follow proper procedures.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data with proper care.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and verify identification and payment details.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
