Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition in a warm, authentic manner
• Review arrival list and assist in preparing and delivering welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival
• Answer calls promptly and direct questions as needed
• Maintain front desk area in a clean, organized state
• Assist with lobby activation and guest data handling
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently
• Participate in front desk upsell opportunities
