Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting with amenities, handling payments, and upselling services. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and prior customer service are required, with a High School Diploma or GED.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides warm, personal recognition.
• Assists with welcome amenities and arrival preparations.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in.
• Answer phones promptly and route inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain front desk area and cash handling procedures.
• Protect guest PII and handle payments securely.
• Participate in Front Desk upsell initiatives.
• Handle identification documents and forms of payment on arrival.
