Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Guest Service Representative for Graduate by Hilton Eugene. You will greet guests, manage arrivals, escort VIPs, and handle check-ins with a focus on a warm, personalized welcome.

The role emphasizes accuracy, hospitality, and teamwork in a busy hotel lobby. The ideal candidate has at least one year of Front Desk experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed.
• Count bank at beginning and end of shift and report cash over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data properly.
• Follow check-in/out procedures and obtain IDs and payment methods.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties to meet business objectives.
