Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Associates seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the primary contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and front desk operations with accuracy.

You will balance cash, operate the switchboard, learn promotions, and support housekeeping by updating room status, while maintaining safety and a high standard of guest service in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to speak English fluently and perform basic computer and POS system functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk according to standard procedures with exceptional guest service.
• Manage reservations, check-in and check-out processes, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain daily reports and audits.
• Answer calls promptly and relay messages accurately; update room status for housekeeping.
• Inform guests about room amenities, promotions and directions; ensure security by following procedures.
