You'll manage payments and reservations, assist guests with inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure a smooth stay for every guest. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong communication and cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• PMS and basic office software proficiency.
• Ability to handle cash transactions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy managing reservations and records.
• Ability to work independently and follow hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain room availability and guest accounts in PMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Balance cash and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Issue room keys and brief bell attendants.
