Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation.
• Able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities.
• Take reservations via phone, email, and in-person.
• Build rapport with guests and identify needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions.
• Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms and ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
