Sunridge Hotels seeks a Front Desk/Guest Service Agent Relief to support seasonal needs. You will greet and register guests, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth check-in experiences.

The role requires strong customer service, problem solving, and teamwork, with attention to confidentiality and accuracy in guest records. You may participate in wake-up calls and light housekeeping tasks as needed.

Competenze

• Ability to read and interpret documents and to communicate effectively.
• Experience in front desk or guest services is helpful but not required.
• Wollows ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records when on shift.
