Job summary

Sunridge Hotels is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, register them, and assign rooms while ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The role requires handling guest requests, maintaining records, and assisting with daily front desk operations in the evening and weekend shift.

You'll manage calls, wake-up calls, and guest communications, support sales efforts as directed, and keep lobby areas tidy.

Qualifications

• Experience with guest check-in/check-out and handling cash.
• Ability to greet guests and manage reservations and room assignments.
• Strong customer service oriented with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Answers and routes calls; takes guest messages accurately.
• Maintains cash drawer and records such as registration and reservation cards.
• Keeps front desk and lobby areas clean and organized.
• Assists with wake-up calls and guest services as directed.
• Records pertinent guest information in logs and assists sales efforts.
