Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals.
• Ability to operate the Property Management System, capture email, and use the PBX system; must balance the daily shift bank.

Responsabilités

• Provide high level of customer service.
• Pre-assign rooms including VIPs and special requests.
• Check in/out hotel guests professionally and confidently.
• Answer phone calls promptly with accurate information.
• Complete daily shift checklists.
• Follow key control policies and verify credit limits.
• Submit lost & found reports.
• Assist with concierge services and local knowledge.
• Balance cash, checks, and credit card transactions at end of shift.
• Monitor room availability and yield status.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
