Job summary

Paycor Hospitality LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service, check guests in and out, and handle calls and inquiries in a welcoming, efficient manner. This full-time, on-site role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic math for payments, and the ability to stand for extended periods, including weekends.

Prior hotel front desk experience is preferred. You will maintain a positive lobby environment, assist with reservations, and promote the hotel's amenities

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Comfort with Windows software (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Handle payment transactions and balance cash/credit accounts.
• Distribute room keys and follow security protocols.
• Document registrations, changes, charges, and inquiries.
• Provide assistance and resolve guest issues professionally.
• Answer questions about policies, services, and amenities.
• Follow up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and assist with reservations.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate staff.
