Job summary

Courtyard Montgomeryville, operated by Highgate Hotels, seeks a Front Office Agent to deliver attentive guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout a guest’s stay. You’ll balance cash, quote rates, and support hotel operations with a welcoming attitude.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining records, and staying informed on promotions and policies. A strong focus on service, efficiency, and teamwork is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework helpful.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be aware of rates, packages and special promotions as listed in the Red Book.
• Be familiar with all in-house groups and dates.
• Take room reservations with accurate rate quoting and process check-ins/checkouts.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and maintain shift paperwork with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and promote guest programs.
