Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent with open availability to join our Montgomery property. You will welcome guests, check them in, and provide information about local attractions.

Strong communication in English, attention to detail, and ability to upsell will help you thrive. The role requires flexible hours and a customer-first approach; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent preferred.
• Must be able to greet guests warmly and handle inquiries.
• Ability to balance cash and process payments accurately.
• Must work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly welcome and assist with check-in.
• Provide information about hotel services, rates and amenities.
• Input guest details and complete registration and check-out procedures.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain cash bank and balance daily.
• Communicate with housekeeping to prepare rooms on time.
• Follow security procedures and protect guest information.
