You will process payments, balance transactions, and promote hotel services while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior hotel front desk experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong math and calculator skills for transactions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Input guest information and process payments.
• Explain hotel services, local attractions and directions.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and balance house bank.
