Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Orlando seeks a Front Office professional to assist the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and seamless registration experiences. You will help maintain brand standards, manage staff, and support revenue-focused initiatives.

The role requires at least 1 year of front desk experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with PMS systems while delivering professional customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience.

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Proficient with PMS system and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, and guest service with brand standards.
• Prepare forecasts and reports; assist in Rooms Division budget development.
• Monitor front office systems and equipment for optimum performance.
• Train entry level associates and supervisors; manage staff relations.
• Develop controls for expense management and labor scheduling.
• Interact positively with customers and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
