Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a sincere welcome.
• Complete registration and input data into the computer system; issue keys and assist with rate and room selection.
• Handle payment processing, currency conversion, and posting charges to guest accounts.
• Answer phone calls promptly and relay messages and requests to guests.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints with a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Maintain calm during busy times and emergencies; follow attendance requirements.
