Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms; manage check-in/check-out.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and process changes.
• Handle reservations and communicate with other departments.
• Transmit messages using telephone or PMS system and respond to requests.
• Address guest complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain guest safety and secure valuables as needed.
• Balance accounts and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
