Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage guest registrations and checkouts efficiently and courteous.
• Implement company and franchise programs.
• Forecasts and reports; assist Rooms Division budget.
• Monitor front office systems and equipment.
• Train entry level staff and supervise.
• Control labor costs using labor management tools.
• Interact with guests to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve communication and guest satisfaction.
