HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and provide local information with a warm, professional demeanor. You will input data into the hotel system, process payments, and assist guests with requests while maintaining accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.

The role emphasizes exemplary customer service, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to use a calculator for moderately complex math with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand/move around front office and perform essential duties.
• Ability to input information accurately using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and provide information on local attractions and hours.
• Complete registration and check-out using the hotel computer system; handle payments and vouchers.
• Code electronic keys, imprint credit cards, and balance a house bank as needed.
• Assist guests with special requests, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries via telephone and messages; relay information to guests and departments.
• Monitor for emergencies and follow established procedures.
