Extended Stay America in Omaha is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, answer phones, check in/out, and process payments according to the hotel's standards. You will help ensure a clean, welcoming lobby and provide information about local attractions.

The role requires clear English communication, proficiency with the property management system, and the ability to resolve guest requests with courtesy. We offer weekly pay, competitive wages, and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• English proficiency to interact with guests and coworkers.
• Experience operating a property management system is preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.
• Ability to follow safety and security procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and answer phones.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash and city ledger records.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues using Make it Right approach.
• Ensure front desk area is clean and organized.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies.
