Highgate Hotels’ Residence Inn Montgomeryville in North Wales, PA, seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver attentive service from check-in to checkout, maximizing guest satisfaction and room revenue.

You will greet guests, answer inquiries, handle reservations, and operate the Front Desk system, while maintaining standards and promoting hotel promotions. Previous hotel experience and strong communication skills are preferred; candidates must be flexible with hours.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork according to hotel standards.
• Maintain promotions and guest programs.
