Job summary

Highgate Hotels in North Wales, PA, is seeking a House Attendant to maintain cleanliness of guestrooms and public areas and to deliver items to guestrooms. This hourly position is based at Residence Inn Montgomeryville, 1110 Bethlehem Pike.

Responsibilities include floor care, carpet and furniture shampoo, assisting guests, and following emergency procedures. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand during shift and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily per hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas as required.
• Shampoo furniture as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage requests in a friendly manner.
• Handle Lost and Found items per policy.
• Clean guestrooms as needed.
• Know and assist in emergency procedures.
