Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guestrooms and provide courteous service to guests at Courtyard Montgomeryville in North Wales, PA. You will perform cleaning, stocking, and basic maintenance reporting to ensure a smooth operation.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to stand for long shifts, and solid communication with guests and staff. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective communication with guests and team members in person and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare pre-cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and organized.
• Restock cleaning cart for the next day’s use.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs promptly.
• Assist with Lost and Found procedures.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
