The role requires a High School diploma, computer experience, and prior hotel or guest-service exposure, with flexibility for long hours and a friendly, multitasking approach in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities, and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages.
• Review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
• Assist guests with reservations and rate quoting.
• Balance and complete shift paperwork per standards.
• Maintain promotions and guest programs.
• Assist guests with safe deposit boxes.
