Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred or experience in a hotel or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas and furniture when needed.
• Assist guests with luggage in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Handle items for Lost and Found per hotel standards.
• Clean guestrooms as needed.
• Know and assist in all emergency procedures.
• Maintain hotel equipment and storage in proper order.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
