Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and provide accurate information on hours and attractions.
• Complete registration using computer systems, confirming guest details and room rates.
• Process payments, vouchers, currency exchange, and post charges to guest accounts.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and confirm guest satisfaction.
• Assist with other front desk duties as assigned.
