Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking staff for front desk and guest services in a bustling East Nashville location. You will warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide information on local attractions and hours.

This role supports lobby and coffee bar operations during peak periods and requires excellent communication and a friendly, professional demeanor. Experience in hotel front desk or barista work is preferred, with flexible availability for a variety of shifts.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Barista experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability including various shifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with arrivals/departures.
• Complete registration and verify guest information.
• Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts brand programs.
• Assist with room assignment and issue keys.
• Handle payments and post charges to guest accounts.
• Answer phones and relay messages to guests.
• Retrieve mail and packages as requested.
• Close accounts at check-out and address guest concerns.
• Assist lobby and coffee bars during peak periods.
• Follow attendance rules and perform other duties as assigned.
