The role also involves reserving and confirming guest reservations, quoting room rates, and promptly addressing inquiries. A team-oriented mindset and professional English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of guest services or customer service experience in hospitality or retail.
• Excellent communication in English, read/write/speak clearly.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and share resort info.
• Process cash/credit transactions per procedures; balance receipts.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits on folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments to ensure service quality.
