IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a welcoming Front Desk/Guest Services Associate in Nashville, TN. You will greet guests, handle bookings, process payments, and manage check-ins and check-outs with a focus on memorable stays.

Responsibilities include acknowledging rewards members, upselling opportunities, and addressing guest needs while maintaining safety procedures and a professional appearance as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree would be a bonus.
• At least 1 year of front desk or guest service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform standard physical duties.
• Flexible with night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, in person or on the phone.
• Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities and inform guests about ways to improve their stay.
• Handle cash and credit transactions.
• Check guests in and out, verify IDs, hand out room keys, and manage safety deposit boxes.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns promptly.
