Job summary

InTown Suites in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Guest Services Representative for the on-site front desk, delivering courteous guest service and efficient check-in/out support. You will assist guests, handle inquiries, and collaborate with management to maintain high service levels.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math for cash handling, and proficiency with front desk computer systems. A flexible schedule and professional demeanor are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a functioning vehicle.
• Read, understand, interpret information found in reports and internal hotel information.
• Read, speak, write, and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• Sufficient mathematical skills to calculate room revenue, occupancy, and balance cash.
• General computer proficiency and ability to use hotel front desk systems.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations, guest relations, upselling, and staff guidance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reservations are taken correctly and courteously.
• Check guests in and out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Proficiently operate computer systems used at the front desk.
• Be available to address guest issues professionally at all times.
• Notify GM or equivalent of any guest, employee, or cash concerns.
• Provide guidance to property staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Report to Regional Operations Manager in GM’s absence.
• Handle bank deposits in GM’s absence.
• Identify and follow up on life/safety and inspection issues.
