Job summary

Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly front desk associate to check guests in and out, handle reservations, and provide information and services to guests. You will issue keys, process payments, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of customer service or front desk experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate a computerized front office system.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education preferred.
• Two to three years of customer service or reception experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Experience operating computerized front office systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival; perform check-in and check-out per policies.
• Issue keys and process payments; handle various payment methods.
• Post charges to guest accounts and manage cashier duties.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with appropriate departments.
• Produce reports and maintain front desk records; ensure a clean, safe work environment.
