• Control and issue keys to rooms as needed.
• Redeem promotions, issue comps and review guest play.
• Ensure all payment methods are accounted for and balanced at shifts' start and end.
• Resolve guest challenges and special requests promptly.
• Coordinate guest requests with applicable departments.
• Monitor lobby traffic and guest queues to minimize wait times.
• Support seamless mobile check-in usage and maintain check-in equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Notify management or security of unusual events or lost items.
