Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hotel/front desk operations, with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and PMS
• Excellent organizational and people skills
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, departments, and guests
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
• Foster a warm, welcoming work environment and maintain team morale
• Provide superior guest and resident service
• Coordinate between Front Desk and Housekeeping, Maintenance and Front Services
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching and performance management of staff
• Assist with reporting, scheduling and administrative tasks for Hotel Manager
• Monitor productivity and ensure adherence to policies and budget
