Qualifications

• Front desk experience is required.
• Strong English communication is essential.
• Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and basic 10-key skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of the hotel key system is important.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests with a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experience.
• Sell rooms with excellent customer service and yield management.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints about hotel services and events.
• Complete registration forms and computer input.
• Retrieve and distribute room keys.
• Calculate and print hotel bills and accept payments.
• Communicate with Executive Hosts regarding stays.
• Use computer to run necessary reports.
• Balance all transactions at end of shift (audit out).
• Operate manual procedures if computer fails.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
